These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and the purchase of products from Aleco Jewellery. By placing an order with Aleco Jewellery, you agree to the following terms.

Made-to-Order Jewellery

All jewellery sold by Aleco Jewellery is made to order.

As each piece is created specifically for the customer, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, specifications, and sizing before placing an order.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Aleco Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

If an order is cancelled by Aleco Jewellery after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. However, once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the price will not change for that order.

Aleco Jewellery reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies that may appear on the website.

Payments

Payment must be completed before production begins.

We accept payment through secure payment providers. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Production Time

As our jewellery is made to order, production times may vary depending on the design and complexity of the piece.

Estimated production timeframes will be provided at the time of order but may vary due to factors such as material availability or production scheduling.

While we make reasonable efforts to complete orders within estimated timeframes, these timelines are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using tracked and insured delivery services where available.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and shipping provider. Aleco Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided and signed for (where applicable), responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

Product Variations

As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in finish, gemstone appearance, and metal characteristics may occur. These variations are considered part of the unique nature of made-to-order jewellery and are not considered defects.

Ring Sizing Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct ring size is provided at the time of purchase.

Aleco Jewellery offers one complimentary ring resize per ring, provided the request is made within 30 days of delivery or collection.

Please note:

Complimentary resizing is subject to the design and structural limitations of the ring

Some designs may not be resizable or may only allow limited adjustment


Resizing may alter the structural integrity of certain designs, particularly delicate, pavé, or eternity-style bands

Additional resizing requests or resizing outside the 30-day period may incur a fee

Customers are encouraged to confirm their ring size prior to placing an order to minimise the need for resizing.

Stone Loss & Maintenance

Fine jewellery settings naturally experience wear over time. Claws and settings that hold gemstones may loosen with regular use, impact, or accidental damage.

Aleco Jewellery recommends that jewellery be professionally inspected every 6–12 months to ensure gemstones remain secure.

Aleco Jewellery is not responsible for the loss of gemstones resulting from impact, wear and tear, accidental damage, or lack of regular maintenance.

If a gemstone becomes loose or is lost, customers should stop wearing the jewellery immediately and contact Aleco Jewellery for assessment and repair options.

Warranty & Repairs

Aleco Jewellery provides a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear
Accidental damage
Bent rings or damaged settings
Loss of gemstones due to impact or lack of maintenance
Damage caused by third-party repairs

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact Aleco Jewellery so the piece can be assessed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleco Jewellery will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Aleco Jewellery website, including designs, images, logos, text, and product designs, remains the property of Aleco Jewellery and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by the Aleco Jewellery Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Changes to These Terms

Aleco Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
