At Aleco Jewellery, each piece is made to order specifically for our customers. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
Once an order has been placed, production begins and materials are allocated to create your piece. As a result, all sales are considered final.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and specifications before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, our team is always happy to assist.
Faults or Manufacturing Issues
Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, Aleco Jewellery will repair, replace, or remedy the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults or defects.
